The staff is excellent and super friendly! Love the private parks on the property and how well the buildings and grounds are maintained! Management has been super fast and helpful with any issues we have had!

I think the sliver lake apartment is great very nice people and Nicole so anwsone at her job and so understanding too. I would let other people know about theses apartments too the maintenance guys are petty cool too so that all have to say about this place thanks for us live here. Or yeah the application was so easy too.

My experience with this property has been very excellent. The manger from Day 1 when I first looked at an apartment to move in date was pleasant and understanding, She made Everything easy from the application process to keeping me updated almost daily on how the apartment was coming along. My apartment is awesome and I’m happy I made the choice to move from Madison to portage.
