I can not recommend these apartments. I do not believe it is fair to call these “luxury” apartments, as the finishings are very low quality and the craftsmanship is extremely poor. Our door handles constantly fall off. The cupboard hinges have broken off twice. One of the shelves gave out because it hadn’t been measured properly, sending all of its contents to the floor including a bottle of olive oil, kitchen aid mixer and glass jar of flour. The tenants are not held to the standards set forth... in the lease agreement, so there is dog poop all over the yard and people “staking” their dogs and letting them dig up trees and shrubbery. Maintenance requests are not answered quickly. It only took about a month for us to realize that while these apartments look appealing at first glance, they were clearly put up with speed as the priority and not quality.
