I’ve lived here for nearly three years and was one of the first residents in my building—moved in before the roads were even paved. During my initial walkthrough, I asked about noise insulation between apartments since I would be on the ground floor. At the time, I was told that the soundproofing was excellent, as we supposedly couldn’t hear the nearby construction workers.

Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. There appears to be little to no insulation or soundproofing between the... first and second floors, and you can clearly hear everything happening upstairs. While some noise is expected with apartment living, this level of noise is excessive. Friends who’ve visited often comment on how loud it is, especially compared to other communities.

I brought the issue up twice with the leasing office and was told it would be addressed, but nothing changed. Since then, I’ve managed it by using a sound machine at night to drown out noise from my upstairs neighbors—especially late-night activity and vibrations from their washer and dryer, which cause the ceiling and lights to shake. It’s been frustrating, particularly on work nights.

I’ll be moving out in a few months, but I wanted to share my honest experience. Overall, this is still a great community with plenty to enjoy, but if noise sensitivity is a concern, I strongly recommend choosing a second-floor unit. Read More

There does not appear to be any soundproofing between the 1st and 2nd floors. Don't expect any peace if you live on the first floor. Have spoken to the tenants above us twice, and have reached out to the main office without any resolution.

My husband, baby and I recently moved in here and we have loved it so far. The land is beautiful, people are very friendly (lots of cute dogs as well!) and the unit is so nice and well-constructed. Lastly and perhaps most importantly-the office staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

We moved in December of 2022 and so far it has been amazing living here! It’s a beautiful little community that we have here. Front office is always happy to help us if we need it. HIGHLY recommend this place!

I love being a resident here! I moved in after selling my home one year ago with intention on staying only a year. However after living here one year, I had no doubt about signing a new lease! Living here is like living in our own bubble, away from the rest of the world! The swimming pool is heated and kept very clean. The club house is beautiful with a fantastic work out room! Everyone here is so friendly and the Property Manager and staff are truly accommodating!
