Do not rent from PaDDS. They lied about the state of the unit and kept an unreasonable portion of the security deposit for their 7 hour cleaning fee on a unit that had already been cleaned. The owner/landlord also posts reviews, making it look like he is a renter, stating that the management is great! Tells you everything you need to know about the quality of their management. Stay away from this place is you want a trustworthy safe place to live.

We are very sorry that you were dissatisfied with your security deposit return. We do our best to be as open and straightforward with the cleaning requirements before your move. A thorough cleaning check list is provided months before a tenant... moves and we are always available to answer any questions that you may have. If additional cleaning is required we will detail it during our move-out walkthrough. We also try to be as fair as possible when it comes to apparent damage to the unit that was not noted in the Move-In Inspection form provided at move-in.
We appreciate constructive feedback and always strive to improve our practices to ensure past & present tenants are satisfied, to the best of our ability. We wish you the best of luck at your new residence.
