I am in the process of relocating due to a job change, and I wish that I could have stayed longer. Foxtail is a quiet, peaceful area with the beach a 15 minute walk away. The landlord, Sue, is excellent and truly cares about all of her tenets. I will miss this place.

This is my first apartment out of college and I could not have thought of a better place to start. Sue was extremely helpful and thorough for everything. The building is beautiful, very clean, and well kept.

Definitely recommend living here. The landlord is super responsible and is always willing to accommodate for everyone in the buildings as much to her ability. She always puts safety first, and has always made me feel super comfortable and safe living here. I have a loft apartment with a balcony that is beautiful and everything is up-to-date and runs very well. It is super spacious and quiet. I also love that the laundry rooms are always clean and there is an app that allows you to pay for... laundry so you don’t have to always have quarters on you. I’ve never had that before, so that’s very convenient-especially when low on quarters. The landscaping is always up-to-date, mail room is always clean, and everything is very pristine.
Would highly recommend living here for anyone looking for a nice, clean, organized environment. Not to mention the location is very close to Pewaukee Beach. I love being able to walk just a couple of blocks to get to the beach whenever there’s parades, fireworks, or just simply walking down to enjoy the weather. I love that I don’t have to deal with parking when it comes to events down by the beach. Lots of nice restaurants around the area and beach as well!
