I have lived here for a long time. I have been through many apartment managers, but this one is the WORST. Nothing ever gets fixed. The apartment manager gives you a packet contract rental lease to fill out every year filled with rules and regulations that you HAVE to follow. Nobody is allowed to make any noise after 10 PM. She rude, condescending and mean. She has turned this place into a prison!!! DON'T MOVE IN HERE!!! Nothing will EVER get fixed.

Unfortunately, my experience has been overwhelmingly disappointing. The biggest issue has been the management. In my experience, the property manager has been consistently rude, dismissive, and inattentive to residents’ concerns. Whenever I have had questions or needed assistance, I did not feel like my concerns were taken seriously. Instead of feeling valued as a... paying resident, I often felt like I was an inconvenience.

Customer service should be one of the most important aspects of managing an apartment community, especially when residents are trusting management with one of the biggest monthly expenses they have. Sadly, I have not experienced the level of professionalism, communication, or respect that I believe tenants deserve.

Another major concern is the unexpected fees and rent increases. It feels like additional charges appear without much warning or adequate explanation. While I understand that rent and certain costs can increase over time, it is frustrating when new fees seem to be added unexpectedly. Clear communication and transparency should be a priority, and I have not found that to be the case here.

Overall, I have been disappointed by the lack of responsiveness and the way residents are treated. Renting should come with the expectation that management will communicate openly, address concerns respectfully, and work to maintain a positive living environment. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

If you are considering moving here, I would encourage you to ask detailed questions about all fees, rent increases, and how maintenance requests and resident concerns are handled before signing a lease. Doing your research ahead of time may save you a great deal of frustration.

I sincerely hope management takes resident feedback seriously and makes meaningful improvements. Better communication, greater transparency, and treating residents with respect would go a long way toward making this a better place to live. Most of the neighbors are nice and make nd there business. But building manager she really rude and mean spirited. The building is not well keep funky and dirty looking on inside laundry room,looby,grass and halls.Which the building manager doesn't seem to care. Then trying to get something fixed in this building is like pulling teeth. The maintance man comes up with excuse after excuse to fix things and try to rig stuff up to take the easy way out until they become a bigger problem. He barely... cuts the grass. I applied with my girlfriend at this appartment they asked for a hundred dollar deposit when turning in application. I know better but sherry seemed really nice and I gave her cash. She never called us back about getting the place, every time I call they ignore my call or answer and hang up. These people are deplorable and are thieves. Stay clear of this place!
