When we moved in my concern was having children, how well the floors were insulated. I asked multiple times about this to make sure it was a good fit for our family. We had issues with our downstairs neighbors constantly pounding during the middle of the day 11-4 pm because our five year old son might forget to walk in the house. And during convos did not have the option of going to school in person. They decided to offer the open apartment above us to the down stairs neighbors and now for the... past 3 weeks we have felt with “retaliation “ for a five year old running in our apartment. If you have kids, ever want guests over during the day on weekends, or just want to feel comfortable in your own place with out feeling you are walking on egg shells I would suggest looking some where different.

Great place to live
I've been a resident for over a year now. I moved from the Eastside and was worried I would be bored. Drexel Town Square is a great suburban location with all accessible amenities, but with a downtown feel. Restaurants and shops on main Street and a town square with events galore. Forge and Flare apartments are beautiful with a cool vibe. The buildings pay homage to the past with modern finishes. Top notch appliances and cabinetry. Underground parking. Dog friendly. And huge balconies. ... It's a great place to live.

These apartments are great! The location couldn't be better. Management is very good.
