Nice area but outdated

Specific to the Stratford layout
2 bedroom, 2 bathroon, 2 car garage w/Den

Pros:
Good living space
Nice area
Maintenence (Bill) is great
Lots of light
Quiet

Cons:
Absolutely no additinal storage or closet space.
Heating vents are at the ceiling, so the winter bills are outrageous.
Outdated kitchen and bathrooms
Landscaping is mediocre, but properly kept up
Deck is outdated and should be replaced
Windows & screens are about 20 years old and in winter you can defiantely tell
No heating in den...
and it is freezing in winter
Very small gym compared to their other properties

Pricing is high for what you are getting.

My best APT experience ever!

I lived this APT for 2 years from Jan 2015. I recently received security deposit back. So, my review has no bias at all. You may not like the appearance of this APT complex. Not much landscaping over there. But, nice and quiet living environment and good maintenance were much more important for me. Before I started to live there, I noticed many good reviews of this APT, much higher than any other nearby apartments. The good reviews were right. Everything was nice and quiet. The office people... were very nice and efficient. They even helped me a lot at a tough situation (early lease termination). All my maintenance requests had been answered in right ways in time. So, I can assure that this was the best APT experience of myself.
