This apartment advertises as 900+ square feet. But when you look at the floor plan and do the math, it doesn’t add up. We may never have noticed but we moved out into a similar square footage apartment and it’s a lot bigger than cardinal.

This apartment is nice enough if you smoke but they don’t tell you it’s a smoking building until after you move in. So fyi, it’s a smoking building and you’ll smell it bc the walls are fairly thin and ventilation gets that smoke around.

Would not be an issue id complain about if you got a heads up but that wasn’t the case for us
