I enjoyed living at the Vue! Low electric bill compared to other buildings due to better quality building. Loved the layout of my studio, plenty of room, plenty of storage spaces! Great management team!

By far the loudest worst property I've ever stayed in. Can't keep a property manager to save their life and when they do have one, it's either impossible to get into contact with them or impossible for them to get into contact with the owners as they purposefully ignore the property managers. The elevator smells because of the animals and the gym is a terrible. This place is not worth an ounce of what they charge. Seriously take it from me. DO. NOT. STAY. HERE!

My SO and I LOVE the views and the convenience to food and the interstate; the garage for our vehicles is easily accessible. However, we did not expect the terrible noise from the main road and the thin walls between units. This small section of Bay View near Zillman Park ALWAYS has trash on the ground and people don't care to pick it up. The ground level garage is HOT all year round and nothing can be done about it according to property management. The lobby and common areas are only cleaned... when showings are scheduled. The panels in the elevator are FILTHY and the gym bathroom hasn't been touched in a long time. Property management is incredibly part-time and they do not respond to simple requests through the online portal, even after submitting them two or three times. My SO have been here nearly nine months and we are still not listed in the phone directory at the main door. It's a shame because we love how we made this apartment our own, but we won't be renewing the lease. Read More
