The soundproofing is non-existent. All night I hear stomping, screaming and yelling from college-aged neighbors who treat this place like a dorm. I hear them through their door, across the hall, and through my door. I hear them stomping through the hall upstairs as they travel between each other’s units all night. Unacceptable.

It’s too expensive especially considering how much you can hear and how little privacy you have.

There are units that were empty before I moved in that are still... empty now. That should speak to how overpriced these units are. I feel slightly bamboozled. I like my unit but the dorm atmosphere of my building coupled with the lack of sound proofing and price has me disgruntled and very much looking forward to moving elsewhere (even though moving out will likely be as big a pain as moving in was thanks to the way this place is designed). I've lived here for 3 years. The management is an absolute joke. Our apartment hit 53° in fall and we were told the heat won't be turned on for a bit. Most of the people renting here are nice. However, there have been multiple cases of people smoking weed and cigarettes and the office doesn't keep to the lease agreements. There has been a decent amount of college kids moving in which can cause 2am parties and loud noises. After reporting these issues, it seems like no appropriate action ever... gets taken. It's a huge cash grab here since they always raise your rent but never actually repair or upgrade anything besides their "award winning garden". Take my advise and look elsewhere. Read More

I have lived here at Serafino Square Apartments for 4 years now and couldn't be happier. You won't find a more welcoming peaceful environment any where in the city with wide open spaces, huge beautifully planted courtyard, walking paths connected to parks all around and friendly neighbors. The staff here are great, anytime I need something even as simple as a light bulb they come and replace it within the hour. By far this is the most beautiful complex I have rented in the Milwaukee area.
