Dont move here. First off the whole building reeks. It is so musty it’s overpowering. It’s like a mix of mildew cigarettes and cat pee. The smell is impossible to get out of your apartment no matter how much you clean. There are roaches and other bugs that get in from others apartments and it is not a secure nor safe place to live. There are no locks on the windows and the screens are broken. There is open space where the AC is placed in the wall that leads outside and you can see out of— that’s... how much empty space is around it. They use a cheap sticky paint to cover everything and it peels off when you open and close doors. Off street parking is a nightmare and horribly overpriced for how small and un-secure the lot is and it’s nearly impossible to get garage parking. You can hear every little noise from outside through the windows! I can hear conversations people are having from outside so imagine the noise of cars and not to mention gunshots. On my third day living here a homeless man entered the building and pounded on my door. This place is unsafe, dirty, and all around not worth it.
