I love this complex so much, everybody’s friendly & there’s a nice view!!….Management is top tier, like don’t play with the girls lol you’ll have to see for yourself to understand but I love Ms. Tiffany she’s so hands on and will make sure you are taken care of in the best way she can, love that. Overall, Great environment highly recommend.

We have lived at Harbor Pointe for almost 5 years. We have had nothing but positive experiences - with our apartment itself, with our neighbors, with the neighborhood, with the maintenance crew, and with the office staff/managers. There have been changes amongst the staff and management team but as a tenant, I wouldn't necessarily know it from the seamless transitions and continued high degree of responsiveness and care for the property that I've observed. I find it extremely peaceful and... easy to live at Harbor Pointe and I don't ever think about moving, which is something I have not experienced before. Special thanks to our new property manager, Christiaan, and his assistant, Mia, who recently helped me quickly and efficiently with a leasing question I had. Christiaan was also extremely helpful and responsive during the cold snap we had this winter, when a pipe burst in the basement leaving the building without heat for a short time. Both Neil, the maintenance supervisor, and Christiaan were quick to offer resolution, updates, and assurances that the problem was being fixed. Running a huge complex like this with the attendant myriad problems that must arise can't be easy but I never feel like my concerns aren't important or timely addressed. We will continue to live here enjoying our wonderful lake view as long as they'll have us!

The reason why Harbor pointe is a great place to live is because the apartments are peaceful and the staff is attentive, professional and amazing. These agents in particular, Natilee and Tania run and compliment this place beautifully. I've been here a year now and i've just renew my lease.
