I wouldn't recommend this building to anyone because since I moved into this building there have been at least 4 different managers. When you submit a work order for a repair in your apartment it takes forever to get a response if you get a response. I have submitted several work orders in the past so I know it takes forever. I have items that need to be fix right now in my apartment and I didn't put in a worker order because I know it will not be a quick fix. This is a non-smoking building and... on the weekends you can smell weed in the building especially on the floor I live on and I can smell stale cigarette smoke and I don't smoke. I complaint to management so many times about the neighbor above with all of the noise she makes and they just don't care. I'm looking for a new apartment building. If you want to live in a safe and clean apartment city place is not the place..
