Terrible management They add on several fees, they are not good with communication or answering in a timely manner, several times I tried to pay rent and was given many mixed responses and they don't communicate within eachother, it's a beautiful location but pretty pricey given the little space

They have charged over 200 dollars the last couple months in common area gas even though lease says they will pay for gas. Super shady, terrible building, repugnant management, can’t wait to leave. Don’t spend north of 1300 dollars on a studio with zero benefits besides locations
