They have charged over 200 dollars the last couple months in common area gas even though lease says they will pay for gas. Super shady, terrible building, repugnant management, can’t wait to leave. Don’t spend north of 1300 dollars on a studio with zero benefits besides locations

It's crucial to us that all resident concerns are sorted out promptly and efficiently.

The management doesn't care about fixing issues with the building. Even though is a smoke-free building, you will always smell marijuana and tobacco. There are issues with the laundry room.
They have a card reader machine for the washer and dryer, but it has been 2-3 months since it doesn’t work. You will have to go out to do your laundry (unless you have coins)
They offer some parking in their ads, but they don't have any. The only parking available is in front of the building and you will... have to pay $200. Good luck if you want to find street parking because it is impossible to find street parking after 5 pm.
The management doesn't care about any issue you have, they will only care about your money. I wouldn't recommend this place to live.
