The Waverly in Middleton is an absolutely beautiful community with a modern, thoughtfully designed building that feels upscale the moment you walk in. The leasing and management staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which truly makes it feel like home. The amenities are awesome… the sauna and saltwater pool feel like a spa, the fitness center is high-end and well equipped, and the free coffee and latte machine is such a nice daily perk. On top of that, the location is unbeatable, with so... many great shops and restaurants minutes away. Highly recommend The Waverly for anyone looking for luxury living in a great area!!!

Amazing New Apartment Complex!
The building is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, the leasing and management team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The amenities are truly unmatched—I can’t believe how much this complex offers. Standouts for me are the sauna and the saltwater swimming pool, which feel more like a resort than an apartment building.
The fitness center is so well done that I won’t need to keep my gym membership once I move in. And the free coffee is a huge bonus—such a small... touch, but it makes a difference.
The location is another major highlight. Being right across the street from Greenway Station means easy access to great shopping and fantastic restaurants. Places like Ancho & Agave (love their tacos and tequila!), and with the new Cooper’s Hawk Winery opening nearby, I may not even need to drive to dinner anymore.
Overall, this place completely exceeded my expectations. I’m beyond excited to call it home!

Five stars!!
I recently toured this community and was extremely impressed. The building is beautifully done — modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed throughout. The leasing and management staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, which made the entire tour feel comfortable and informative.
The amenities really stood out. I loved the sauna and saltwater swimming pool, and the fitness center is high-end and very well equipped. The free coffee and latte machine was such a great... touch and made the experience feel extra welcoming.
The location is also a huge plus — being so close to Greenway Station, Cooper’s Hawk Winery, Ancho & Agave, and other great restaurants and shopping makes it incredibly convenient. Overall, the tour left a great impression, and this community is definitely at the top of my list.
