Garage door is broken all the time, exposing your vehicle to theft. Management does not communicate with tenants and is negligent to tenant requests for repairs. Thin walls and doors make for loud environment, even living at the end of the hallway. Wonderful location, it's a shame it isn't managed.

Excellent apartments and location
I've lived at Middleton Station for about a year and a half. Several great restaurants and shops in downtown Middleton are within walking distance. My apartment is comfortable, the appliances are nice, and I almost never hear neighbors. Underground parking is a plus. The staff is professional, too.

Above and beyond
Justin and the workers/maintenance workers are extremely helpful. Covid times didn’t slow down their attentiveness or helpfulness when needed for a few things. As to the property, it’s in a fantastic area being right next to Capitol Brewery and the Middleton downtown area.

Love Living Here!
I love living at Middleton Station. It's close to historic downtown Middleton, to Greenway Station, and to the Beltline entrance, but it's also quiet and feels out of the way. The apartments are spacious and sunny, and the building is clean and well maintained. The style and details here are stylish and upscale. We have an indoor parking space, and outdoor street parking is never a problem. The building feels safe and secure, and I like that it's pet-friendly for my small dog. I highly... recommend Middleton Station apartments!

Great place to live!
The apartment is great, all new appliances, and love the space. In a great location, walking paths all around, and close to some great restaurants and take outs. Really like living here!
