My experience living here has been extremely disappointing. I was transparent with management before signing my lease that I had a puppy, yet within weeks of moving in I began receiving complaints without management first communicating that there was a resident below me or attempting to find a reasonable solution.

Shortly after, I experienced a temporary payment issue caused by duplicate bank charges. I notified management immediately, explained the situation, and was waiting for the refund.... Instead of communicating or allowing time to resolve the issue, I was served a five-day notice less than three months after moving in.

The lack of communication, professionalism, and courtesy has been frustrating. Many residents have expressed similar concerns that management is not respectful or willing to work collaboratively with tenants.

There are also serious safety concerns, including reports of fire alarms not functioning properly and a fire occurring in an apartment that put residents at risk. These issues, along with concerns about lawn treatments being applied without proper signage or warnings despite residents raising concerns about pet safety, have added to the feeling that resident well-being is not being prioritized.

A home is more than just the building—it is the way residents are treated and the level of care provided. Unfortunately, my experience has been one of judgment rather than support, and I would encourage prospective residents to carefully consider how management handles communication, safety concerns, and tenant needs before moving here.

Cozy place that's within walking distance of the library, a grocery store, plenty of restaurants at the public market, a super cuts, a couple of gyms, a bike path, and a police station right next door. Never had any issues with the leasing office or asking for help from them.

Our tour guide was very friendly, we liked the unit we toured, though we were not allowed to see the unit we would be living in during that tour. And the other unit we had toured had previously been applied on. I understood. Some people are not comfortable with strangers entering their apartment, and no one is perfect as our agent missed that the unit had been rented prior to setting up the tour for it.

A few weeks later we are still unable to see the unit and we are being asked to sign a lease... . This is never something anyone should do, and to have it suggested was extremely unprofessional.

We have had a wonderful time renting at Spur16. They are so easy to work with and they maintain their properties well. The location cannot be beat. The pool is so fun in the summertime and the walking paths are enjoyable year round for our dog. We cannot recommend Spur16 enough :)

Recently moved into Spur 16 and the apartment is wonderful. Except the loud neighborhood and parties. I don't see us renewing our lease due to lack of sleep.
