I've been here for a about a year. It's been a nice quiet place for me because I work overnights. The maintenance team seems pretty good and quick to get things fixed. In my opinion it's been a good place to live.

Nice apartment complex
Been here a couple of months now and I just love it. The apartment itself is a little small but works good for me. I just love how quiet and safe the area feels. I take a lot of walks in and around the complex and never feel uncomfortable with the other people who live here. I also love the view of the water from my apartment.

Do Not move here
This place sucks, it has the hardest water ever, in the summer the ac works about half the time If that and I’ve tried to clean it out because when you move In they don’t do really anything to clean the apartment at all, there were ashes in the cabinet underneath the bathroom sink when we moved in. They have a pool but it hasn’t worked in 3 years and they have no plans on fixing it. Pretty much all of the windows are cracked in some way. And also in the summer there was an infestation of flys in... the basement so idk what was going on there but it was disgusting to go into the basement to do my laundry and there were flys everywhere and they got into our apartment no matter how many I killed or how hard I cleaned there were still flies until the weather got cooler out side. And not to mention it’s $4.75 to do a small load of laundry and there isn’t any coin machines or anything so I have to go to the bank to get coins any time I just want to do my laundry. The bathtub and toilet are stained from the super hard water. It’s borderline impossible to live here and just go about my normal day to day without having something go wrong. I wouldn’t move here even if it’s a last resort, there are cheaper options for probably nicer places.

I'm sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction at Olde Pulley Lane. We are always happy to address any maintenance issues you may have. If you would kindly enter a maintenance request in your tenant portal or call, we will address them within 24 hours.... Management or the full-time maintenance man on the property have never been notified of insects in the basements. Neither of us have ever noticed this issue while on the property. Again, please feel free to place a maintenance request and we will be happy to look at this further. The laundry machines are owned & maintained by an outside service and are there for the tenant's convenience. There is phone number to call on the machine if needed. I do believe they are still cheaper than going to the laundry mat, but management cannot control the cost of them as they are again, owned by outside company. A staff member, who is a professional at cleaning, cleans every unit before move-in. They take detailed pictures before anyone moves in. Management is happy to address any of those pictures with you if this was not addressed properly before you moved in. Again, please feel free to reach out to management for any issues or concerns and we would be happy to address them for you.

Not as good as they show
The rent keeps raising since we got new management. We have a nice pool but hasn’t been opened in 3 years now, that was one of my reasons for choosing here to live. Appliances are old as is the washer and dryer, could definitely use a cleaning every so often too. The parking is inconvenient, half the time I don’t even find a spot and i have to improvise. Definitely not worth the rent if you ask me.

I'm sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction at Olde Pulley Lane. We understand that rent prices have increased, but we have also invested a lot into the property. Like a brand-new parking lot, all new sidewalks, all new boilers, and lots of new... appliances, along with full time staff to maintain a professional property. We do understand frustration of the pool being closed. This is due to some major repair/safety items that are under review with management and will soon decide how to proceed forward. We would be happy to address any appliance issues you are experiencing, even if this mean replacement with new ones. The hallways and basement areas are professionally clean on a weekly basis. We have issued parking passes for all residents as that is what the parking spaces allow. We also audit the lot for any violations regularly. Any vehicles in violation are notified and towed/ticketed if necessary. Please feel free to reach out to management with any questions or concerns so we can address them properly.

Awful
Rents way too high for the size, do an awful job clearing sidewalks and parking spots of snow in the winter, washers and dryers are always out of order. Large branches recently broke off during a snowstorm a week ago, branches have still not been cleaned up. Have a pool but they don’t actually open it. Basement leaks water during heavy rain, so you can’t keep anything directly on the ground in your storage.

I am sorry you are dissatisfied with your time on our property. We always try to address any concerns if brought to our attention in a timely manner. During the snowstorms we are as responsive as we can be with the weather conditions that occur. The... washer & dryer are supplied for the tenant's convenience but are owned by an outside company so please contact the phone number on the machines if you are experiencing difficulty with their machines. The pool has major issues leading to safety concerns, so we are looking into how to proceed. Please reach out to management if you have concerns as we are always happy to discuss them further.
