good place to live with plenty of amenities and a good environment with quick response time and honest management

The Internet and utilities are included, it is pet friendly and safe, has plenty of people to meet and an inviting environment. It even came with some kitchen stuff such as a microwave, silverware, plates and pots. Also a vacuum, and some other things not in the listing. The response time is great, especially for maintenance. The downstairs area holds events once a month. I love community living here, and I just wish there was more people in the summer after students leave for the summer.

Great student housing, no cell phone service at all, no internet connection either, horrible for traveling housing, they offer wifi if you bring your own router, cable if you bring your own tv. I was not told several hours after they took payment I had to bring my own blankets, pillows, sheets, silverware, cups, dishes. They aren't going to give you anything except a bed, chair, and small desk in your room. They make you fill out a long questionnaire to pair you with the best roommate situation... . They never read mines, everything I didn't want they gave me in the nasty roommate. Iif your traveling for work this is not the place for you.
