I lived at The Gordon for 2 years and would have lived there longer if our family was still living in Madison. We loved our apartment, the building, and the neighborhood! Highly recommend this as your next home!

Our time renting at The Gordon on Roxbury has been Amazing. It is a beautiful and spacious apartment with an incredible property manager Jodi and responsive maintenance by Terry. It is in a great walkable and bikeable location.

We drove by The Gordon by accident during our apartment search last November and thought it looked interesting. After a subsequent tour we were hooked. The Gordon compares very favorably with the luxury apartments along East Wash near the Capitol, but has the distinct advantage of being smaller and more intimate (only 29 units) and very quiet, with the added bonus of being able to enjoy some of the amenities of Maple Bluff like the country club. Everything is very new and immaculate and the... finishes and fittings are all top class. We really like it here.
