I've lived here for just over a year and have had an excellent experience. The apartments themselves are well laid out and feel spacious and open. The location and all common areas are consistently kept clean and well-maintained. What really stands out is the responsiveness of the management and maintenance teams; any issue I've had has been handled promptly. The attached heated underground parking is a lifesaver during Wisconsin winters, the on-site gym is a great convenience, and having trash... chutes on every floor is so nice. I also really appreciate the excellent soundproofing – I hardly ever hear my neighbors, and even outside noises are minimal. My only minor negative would be that the one-bedroom bathroom feels a bit oversized, and I would have preferred some of that square footage be used for additional storage in the bathroom or to make the bedroom or living room closets larger. Overall, I highly recommend River North.

Beautiful Location!
Wonderful property, set right in the heart of downtown within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, downtown activities (Farmer's Market, concerts, holiday events etc). Managers are extremely accommodating and respond quickly to any needs. Apartments are spacious and very clean at the time of move-in, and the building is kept extremely clean. Would definitely recommend apartment living here!
