The office people don't seem organized. The neighbors there are rude and loud. Kids run wild and have no respect. Appliances were shoddy and no painting was done before move in. Black mold everywhere. Hallways stink pot smell and garbage smell nauseating. Walls and ceilings paper thin so you can hear people beating their kids. People drag their garbage across the hall floor so you can step in the leaked juice later. Post office/UPS hardly ever deliver to your door, always have to pick... up at office. Which is just as well due to the package thefts. Never enough parking spots for the whole complex with no hope of expansion. Police cruisers seem to show up at least once a month as well as fire trucks. Units are cooled with only one weak air conditioner unit in the living room so bedrooms are boiling in the summer. The only response that seems concerned is maintenance. Office people just shrug off all the problems or roll their eyes. They hate writing security deposit checks and will cite made up reasons why you won't get your money back.

Great place to live!
Very clean and quiet, great staff. Home like feel and great place for a single mother to raise 2 children!
