However, when I lived there, the halls were barely lit, littered with garbage, elevators broke every other week (I felt very unsafe riding them), and I felt VERY misled after signing my lease. I was told everything was going to be fixed before my lease was up, but nothing was. I lived in what felt like a third world apartment building for a year and jetted out before they finished renovations. For what it's worth, my apartment was... "discounted" for construction.
