If I could give zero stars I would, I have had so many different problems with this apartment complex. To start I have had constant problems with hot water at my apartment and when I notify the management team they just claimed the “hot water heater was down”. Then after the first time every few weeks I just wouldn’t get hot water at all for hours at a time. I told them every time and by the time I’m moving out they still haven’t fixed it. I also had a dead rabbit in my yard and notified them... about it and it took a week and half and two emails for them to come get it. Oh I bet you are wondering about parking. You have to pay 40$ a month extra for a parking garage and if you don’t you have to fight for parking or walk over a block to get to some of the apartments. They also don’t seem to care about maintenance of the roads within the complex because you can see potholes every five feet. I haven’t seen anyone work on those in the year I’ve been here. The apartment also feels like it is not insulated at all. The bedroom always is around 77 in the summer and in the winter it is in the 50s. Please do yourself a favor and do not live here. Read More

My family has lived at Prentice Park for 6 years and we have nothing but good things to say about it. The staff is super helpful, kind, and care about their tenants - so much so that they know each of our family members by name, including the dogs! They've been quick to fix the few appliance issues we've had. The staff answers questions quickly and efficiently. We love it here!

We had a great experience at Prentice Park. We felt safe, never had any issues with neighbors, Jenni in the office is very kind and helpful. Wonderful common area amenities. The only down fall is not being able to view your apartment until after you sign your lease. But had a great year living at Prentice Park being it was our last apartment experience before moving into our first home.

The only reason I am moving is to be closer to work. I really love this apartment. It is quiet, I almost never hear my neighbors on either side. We live downstairs and we sometimes hear our upstairs neighbors come home but that is it. When ever we have had a maintenance request our stuff gets fixed quickly, sometimes even in the same day. Jenni is a great landlord, very kind and personable. She was very accommodating when we deiced to get cats in the middle of our lease. Great location on the... east side. Prentice park is like a home for us for last 4 years. One of the reason for us to stay here, it is conveniently located on a Madison bus route yet quite peaceful. The apartments are spacious, well maintained. One advantage of Prentice park is they have private entrance which gives you your privacy as well ensure a fresh air when you open your door. I am kind of not comfortable with common apartment where there is a common lobby. The Maintenance team is quick and get issues addressed quickly....
