My family has lived at Prentice Park for 6 years and we have nothing but good things to say about it. The staff is super helpful, kind, and care about their tenants - so much so that they know each of our family members by name, including the dogs! They've been quick to fix the few appliance issues we've had. The staff answers questions quickly and efficiently. We love it here!

We had a great experience at Prentice Park. We felt safe, never had any issues with neighbors, Jenni in the office is very kind and helpful. Wonderful common area amenities. The only down fall is not being able to view your apartment until after you sign your lease. But had a great year living at Prentice Park being it was our last apartment experience before moving into our first home.

The only reason I am moving is to be closer to work. I really love this apartment. It is quiet, I almost never hear my neighbors on either side. We live downstairs and we sometimes hear our upstairs neighbors come home but that is it. When ever we have had a maintenance request our stuff gets fixed quickly, sometimes even in the same day. Jenni is a great landlord, very kind and personable. She was very accommodating when we deiced to get cats in the middle of our lease. Great location on the... east side. I've really enjoyed living here and will miss it.

Prentice park is like a home for us for last 4 years. One of the reason for us to stay here, it is conveniently located on a Madison bus route yet quite peaceful. The apartments are spacious, well maintained. One advantage of Prentice park is they have private entrance which gives you your privacy as well ensure a fresh air when you open your door. I am kind of not comfortable with common apartment where there is a common lobby. The Maintenance team is quick and get issues addressed quickly.... The staff is very co-operative and provides all information and help required. Thank you.

Although I’ve only been at Prentice Park for 6 months, i have been beyond impressed with the maintenance woman (Kat) and her ability to get things done and be easy to communicate with. I have had many discussions with the property manager (Jenni) and although there have been minor hickups here and there at my apartment, those two have been great and responsive to the needs i have. A for sure in terms of personability for Kat, she has been amazing and willing to go above and beyond to get my... girlfriends and my needs met. A specific example involved Kat going through different light bulb options with me and was even able to install a small dimmer for my kitchen light...now that is good service!
