I've loved living here for almost 2 years. Management is super helpful, friendly and are very quick to responding to maintenance requests. I highly recommend living here.

Honestly, I absolutely love our apartment as it is refreshing to be at a property that actually treats you like one of the family and like a human being! It is so easy to do business with this company and staff. I feel like I am getting quality style Chicago and New York style living with their stainless steel appliances, beautiful view, underground parking, outdoor pool, update fitness room, space to have parties and even a hot tub. Omg! The apartments are huge like a condo but with washer and... dryer in unit! Our Masterbedroom have a walk closet that connects to the bedroom!

Our move in and renew process was very seamlessly and extremely fair! I can't imagine anyone having issues at all. The paperwork is so easy my sister's unborn child could read, understand and follow through. You can beat that anywhere else. The Property Manager, Assistant Manager, Leasing Agent and Maintenance staff goes above and beyond.

I can't imagine anyone having issues with this property or staff. In my personal opinion, Maple Valley apartment staff always tries to help their residents with providing alternatives and solutions but you have to communicate. I don't know where the positive reviews came from but my experience has been awful. Maybe they're old. just moved out (January 2017). Maintenance takes forever to respond and are always loosing requests. The office has lost paperwork before and one staff members seems as though they could not care less. The apartment walls are thin, window ac does nothing, rent is always going up, and complaints/concerns are met with a passive aggressive attitude. This is a safe neighborhood, judging by the crime maps for Madison and this apartment complex is quite nice at about $200 a month less than comparable units in Madison. The two-bedroom, two bath I have is $1140 a month and doesn't have the jetted tub, fireplace, or skylights of some of the other units, but I do enjoy the vaulted ceilings, hardwood-look laminate floors in the open-concept living, dining and kitchen area, stainless appliances, and carpeted bedrooms. Great underground heated... parking space! Balcony is big enough for a 2-seat wicker sofa and 2 folding chairs. This is a dog-friendly community, which we love! Maple Grove Apartments, spacious units, great management. They have units to fit every residents needs. They respond to residents concerns in a timely manner. They have a great pool and fitness center. I would recommend these apartments to anyone!
