I DO NOT recommend living here.
I wouldn't give them even a single star, and if I could take stars away, I would take them all, because they truly don't deserve even one.
My experience at this property has been extremely disappointing from the very first day I moved in. The apartment I received was NOT in the same condition as the apartment I was shown before signing my lease.
When I moved in, the carpet had not been cleaned or replaced. I immediately informed management because my 9-year-old... son has asthma and is severely allergic to pet hair. I submitted FIVE maintenance requests asking them to clean or replace the carpet, but nothing was ever done. Within my first month of living here, I found fleas in the carpet and cockroaches inside the apartment. This was extremely upsetting, especially considering my son's allergies and asthma. No family should have to move into a home with these kinds of problems. The dishwasher was broken, the refrigerator was not installed correctly, and the washer and dryer were sitting in the middle of the kitchen instead of being properly installed. This is not the condition anyone should expect when moving into a new apartment. Maintenance has been one of the biggest disappointments. I have reported multiple problems, submitted maintenance requests, and followed up several times, yet many of the issues remain unresolved. Promises are made, but in my experience they are rarely kept. The condition of the property is unacceptable. The hallways constantly smell like marijuana and rotten food because people leave groceries and trash outside their apartments. There is garbage throughout the hallways, and the dumpsters are frequently overflowing with trash scattered all over the ground. Children run through the hallways and up and down the stairs late at night, making it impossible to enjoy peace and quiet. My apartment shares a wall with the stairwell, so I constantly hear people running, yelling, and slamming up and down the stairs at all hours. Maintenance has been one of the biggest disappointments. I have reported multiple problems, submitted maintenance requests, and followed up several times, yet many of the issues remain unresolved.
