First off, the property management company that managed this property in 2018 - 2019, Birwood Property Management, is excellent. I have no issues with them whatsoever. The property however, is very old. The result of this is the building literally stinks and is very dirty. The side hallway/stairwell smells terrible. Numerous spots in the carpet within my apartment stunk and I was forced to repeatedly buy air fresheners. The kitchen was filthy upon moving in. I absolutely do not recommend... living here, regardless of the price.
