I have lived here for 3 years and I feel so uncomfortable at this location. The manager Lauri is a very nice person but the management company is horrible. I would love to know what buildings the tenants that are giving the five stars live in. There is always trash outside the front of my house. The kids destroy the property everyday. I have scratches on my car because the kids play in the garages. My patio furniture was damaged by the kids playing on my patio. The garage door came down on the... roof of my car as I was parking and management basically told me that it had to be due to my own error. So they are going to have me pay the $1,300.00 it will cost to be repaired. I pay my rent on time and I don't cause any trouble and I feel like the tenants that cause the most damage and trouble gets the most favor.

Top of the day
Hello to whom ever is reading ! I currently live here at Harmony and it is wonderful, peaceful and staff and management are attentive! Especially with this weather we’ve been having ! With keeping sidewalks and driving areas clear! Amenities and features are exactly how they look on pictures apartments are spacious and immaculate maintenance is prompt and Sufficient! My children and I love it ! And we have such a nice thoughtful community! We also have optional community meeting but that’s... awesome as well ! We love our new apartment! ?? Very satisfied ??

Stay Away!
All within a 1 year timeframe there have been multiple gun shots that have occurred on property, vehicles stolen/vandalized, and numerous other disturbance calls. The police have stayed quite busy with just this establishment alone. Management needs to be held accountable and any individual/family should stay away from this location.

Police and trash
Trash all over, police, and disrespectful tenants that throw there trash on the street. Also lots of abandoned cars. They have destroyed the neighbor hood. The management company as well as the owner don’t care about anything or anyone around them

Awesome units!
My family has lived here since the day it opened. Lauri does a fabulous job of managing the complexes and the units are beautiful. Very close to downtown Madison & a hop away from a wonderful grocery store (Metro Market). Maintenance has been right on top of things any time we need assistance.
