Excellent Apartment & Management

The apartment complex is centrally located for students and just a short 2 blocks from Regent and Park Streets, providing access to main bus lines. The neighborhood is a mix of professionals and students.

Fob-controlled access to the property is both convenient and secure. Sound generally doesn't travel between the different apartments, and outdoor noise is not an issue. Packages were generally placed inside the building, as opposed to outside. The nicest kitchen, bathroom, living space I have...
ever rented.

The bedrooms seemed a little tight, but there was closet space throughout the apartment, plenty of cabinets in the kitchen, and ample storage space in the bathroom. In-unit laundry was convenient.

The management was very easy to deal with and extremely responsive to the few things I emailed about. Maintenance requests were completed in a reasonable amount of time.

Thank you for the great review! I took a lot of time and effort designing this building to be both functional as well as accommodating for the residents. I made sure not to spare expense on things that are important like regular sized appliances... (rather than apartment style), front load XL washer and dryer in each apartment, tile floors in the bathrooms, curved shower rods and waterfall shower heads, and ceiling fans in all rooms. Most new apartments have stainless steel appliances and granite (which we have), but for a few extra dollars and attention to detail, you will see these are more like apartment homes than apartments.

The bedroom sizes range from 9ftx10ft (only one of these); 10ftx11ft (many of these); 13ftx11ft (a few of these). Also the open concept makes the apartments feel very large, and in fact they are larger than most other apartments in the area. The last thing I thought was important was to have bathrooms that make sense and are functional; all apartments but 1 have a bathroom for each bedroom.
