I hate having to write a review but it's just annoying at this point. The gym is used as a storage room and there's just a bunch of laundry machines and boxes all over the place. The light censor gets covered up and the lights go out as you're working out. Landlord does NOT care about advising tenants about anything... eviction notices about not paying rent although it's being payed ON TIME. One thing that really made me mad was the fact that nobody was advised that there would be a water... cleaning service in the middle of the day so I had to find out by finding my ALL MY WHITE CLOTHING stained brown in the washing machine. I understand if you need a place and times are tough but promise, this is not what you want.

Don’t ever rent from this place
would never recommend living here! They have been thru 3 management companies and can’t seem to get anything right. Maintenance is absolutely horrible they fix things when they feel like it. Parking lot is full of glass. Pool is dirty! There is never anyone in the office. And now the police sits in the parking lot and ticket cars even if there are stickers! Dog poop is all over the building! The apartments have roaches! And they don’t return security deposits even if the apartment is left clean!... The ceiling drips, refrigerator leaked, and the stoves are old! The maintenance guy is rude and doesn’t seem competent and racist! This property isn’t worth one red cent! If you must live here make it your absolute last option! This place is trash literally trash!
