Not much space for dogs to enjoy the area. Building quality is not that good. Doors don’t close or open properly. You can hear upstairs neighbors walking around all the time. Parking is starting to become limited as the complex is almost full now. Otherwise apartment is ok don’t think it’s worth the price they are charging

I lived at Cross Hill Heights for one full year, and if it weren't for moving into my boyfriends house that he owns, I wouldn't have ever left! The amenities are amazing, high-end quality materials in the apartments which are so beautifully designed! The fitness center is large and overlooks the courtyard area, the pool is tons of fun and I love that they provide grills to use and have a cute little firepit area to entertain at. My roommates and I used the community room to hose a fun get... together with our friends and it was easy to book and we were able to use all of the appliances/pool table, etc for a whole night. Management is friendly and easy going and Joe always addressed our concerns promptly and professionally! If I ever needed to find an apartment in the future, I'd be back here for sure!
