Used to be great until new management took over
Recently came under new ownership by a big corporation called Bender Mangement LLC and this place has taken a sharp nosedive. Rent was increased, staff randomly enters apartments without prior notice and maintenance requests either take forever or are downright ignored. When they took over, a bunch of staff and residents including myself left because of how bad it got. Country Meadows used to be a great place to live but is now showing all the signs of yet another profits over residents... enterprise.

I love it
I just moved in and I wanted something close to work and I got it it's a 1 BR nice size great neighborhood great ppl not far from the mall at all 2 minute drive. Great places to dine in and out and a Cheese Factory is about to open at the mall that's life love it.

Excellent apartment complex and community
My boyfriend and I have been living here for 2 years, out of all the apartments I have had in madison this one is my favorite. The staff is very helpful and friendly and I feel a very good sense of community within the complex. Super pet friendly! Highly recommend.

There's No Place Like Home
I'm really looking forward to an studio or an efficiency for rent. Trying to move on from having roommates! Need my own private Space to build more character for myself being! I really think I can do it here with Country Meadows! I like the atmosphere there!

Blessed House
I love my apartment beautiful landscape when you enter the parking lot. Quiet no hanging out in the parking lot or the hallways.the entry door is kept closed/locked.the hallways are kept clean.the apartment is very nice and everything is working inside.the office staff is very helpful and informative .neighbors in the building are polite and friendly and getting approved for the apartment was a smooth sailing and just love where im living.
