The current housemates are friendly, clean, and easygoing, with mixed genders. We enjoy hanging out occasionally, but the size of the house allows for privacy and personal space when desired.

Professional cleaners visit every other week to help maintain the common areas. Housemates clean up after themselves between visits to keep shared spaces comfortable for everyone.
