I would not move in here passed all the management concerns even with them just being bought out ive yet to be able to get ahold of them. And financially this place is a burden i pay up to $400 a month on electricity and I have yet to turn my ac on and it’s the end of may . And that’s not all this place is poorly built everything falls apart even thought I’ve tried my hardest to keep my deposit intact. And recently the maintenance guys have been coming every week to check out for mold and a... humidity detector they installed i don’t know about you but I don’t like a stranger in my house every week sometimes waking me up in the mornings because they come in if your there or not. To sum it up this place sucks yes it looks nice I love the look still but they always say looks are deceiving.

Very Nice, Super Professional Staff
I dropped in to take a look at these brand new apartments and was really impressed. The staff that helped me (Jovari) was both personable and professional and the apartments were much nicer than expected given the quite reasonable rents.
Great area and the apartments have great floorplans and excellent amenities/built-ins.
While I stopped by as a 'lookee-loo', I walked away wishing my current lease would expire sooner so I could move in over there sooner. Jovari was very nice and 'knew his... stuff'. He very professionally walked me through the qualification/approval process, answered my questions and made me feel welcome.
When my current lease expires, I will definitely be back to work with the great folks who manage this property so I can move in.
