My apartment had a mouse infestation they tried to pin on my apartment being messy. They used bait/poison so there were decaying dead mice lying somewhere in the place that I had to try to but didn’t always find. They refused to accept any responsibility for the infestation despite photos I took of the foundation damage outside my unit and pointed out there are bait traps around most buildings. When thy could pin the problem on me they decided to not renew my lease. One week before I was to move... someone spray foamed at random spots along the outside of my unit. Photos show that the foam still didn’t block the entry points. When I moved out I didn’t even clean because I tried to get a professional cleaner in and they won’t clean an active infestation. I understand they were also bothering the woman down the hall from me trying to blame her for mice in her apartment. Management is very friendly and helpful. I have had some issues with packages being stolen living in building 1927. Someone that lives there is a thief. No fault of the property management, it is just a risk of living in an apartment. Other than that I have really enjoyed living here. Everyone is friendly and I love that they allow pets.

Our granddaughter lived at Wedgewood Commons, La Crosse, for a year, in an efficiency apartment. She is young; this was her first apartment situation. It was very positive. We, her family, were much involved with her tenancy so we experienced the excellent management of the property. We would very much recommend Wedgewood Commons. The other tenants nearby were friendly and helpful too. The office manager was always available to answer questions. We are glad to give it five stars.

The people there were very nice and kid friendly. Even though it was the "bad" part of town it was nice. You couldn't even smell the poop. I totally recommend this to any kids or adults.
