I lived in the apartment for 2 years. Upon moving out, there was a person who does a move out inspection. She looked in her chart and stated the carpet hasn’t been changed since 2018. Don’t worry about cleaning it since they were going to change it anyways. I get a statement of $1000 for changing the carpet that we were charged for. I tried speaking to the office manager but she is very rude and unprofessional and had difficulty communicating with her throughout our entire stay there. That was... not the only problem we had with the apartment. The maintenance person is excellent and goes above and beyond to help.

Maplewood Apartments
My boyfriend and I have lived here for a few months now and it's a great place. It's close to a lot of shops and restaurants but in a quiet community. Maintainence responds within hours of request generally. The office staff are nice and helpful. They have an app for rent payments which is great. We are hoping to stay here for a few years and have no plans to leave. The only complaint is that while the walls are thick, you can still hear stuff from your neighbors but everyone is quiet at night.... For a first apartment, I hit the jackpot of all apartments. I'm glad I didnt sign anywhere else.
