The complex does need some updates on appliances, but it is great for a first apartment. It is a great size for a single person or a couple. And the rent is the cheapest you will find without living in a bad neighborhood. The landlord is pretty understanding and is willing to work with you as long as you are respectful. I have lived here twice and do not have much negativity towards it. It is a safe neighborhood and is right next to a park and a bus stop. For a first apartment, it is great! My... boyfriend and I are moving out for a bigger and upgraded place, but I am glad we spent two years here. The only reason for four stars is that sometimes the washers or dryers downstairs are not working properly and because the apartment was still pretty dirty when we moved it, so we had to clean it up.

Camelot Apartments
Camelot Apartments is a nice to place to live. It has a lot of privacy and the neighbors don't bother you at all. And has lovely pool that's open during the summer. It also has a nice land lady who understands if your going through a rough time she tries to give advice for job offers if your job sucks. And lastly it has maintenance men on call when you need them.
