I have lived at this property for over 10 years, and the new owners just took over in October 2025. They are doing so many new upgrades, and actually have people on-site for the residents to talk to. I am loving living here with my son.

Unprofessional and horrible communication
Good luck getting a hold of anyone in the office there. I had a tour scheduled showed up and no one in the office was there. When I called corporate the representative was absolutely rude and was treated like I did something wrong when they were the ones who wasted my time by not even showing up to the tour.

Wet trash left in halls for months
They do not clean stairs. Trails of liquid that leaked from trash visible for months. I am always stepping over trash and having towatch where I walk here. Not a sanitary place. I am concerned for my health at times. Staff refuse to clean halls to remove trash sediment. Vacuum only. Never actually clean away bacteria by getting a wet vac. Staff chide residents continually when bring up concerns.

We do have the hallways professionally cleaned and sanitized 3 days a week and are collecting bids for contract... carpet cleaning for the hallways. We do listen and appreciate your review. We love you Cedar Ridge...
At 55yrs of age I have moved several times in life! My move to Cedar Ridge has been the very best experience I have had moving thus far in Life! Courney, Cedar Ridge management, demonstrated Professional care, concern, accommodating all and any questions I’ve had... The apartment, grounds and atmosphere is so positive and so loving! Wonderful staff - 5 stars
We have been renting from Cedar Ridge for over the last two years, and we can't put into words how helpful the staff has been. The women in the office are always swift to deal with our questions or any concerns, and the guys that do maintenance always arrive on time and do the job right.
Everyone here has made us feel incredibly welcome and they're always super friendly when you enter the office - it doesn't just wear off after you sign a lease like we've heard people on this site say of other... apartments.
If you're looking for a place to live that genuinely cares about their residents - I'd totally apply here.
