Do not move here. No soundproofing in ceiling or outer walls/windows, drafty doors that let weather & bugs in. SPIDERS EVERYWHERE. Don't be fooled by the "fancy" finishings; these units are so cheaply built it feels borderline inhumane. I haven't had a single peaceful day since moving here. Living here puts you at risk of developing crippling depression :) whoever designed these apartments had nothing but making money on their mind. Stay away from this place at all costs.
