I was a tenant here a few years ago. When I moved out, they refused to give me my deposit back when I left the place in perfect condition. Charged me for "hairspray on the doorknob"... except I have never used hairspray. Charged me for damage to a bathroom that was never used at all, but I still cleaned it before I left. They rarely responded to calls and voicemails and were overall horrible.
