I lived there for just shy of the year. The first few months started off, pretty good, but as soon as it started getting warm out, the place was roaches galore. At first, I saw one under my bathroom cabinet, so I thought it was just a one time thing. From there, there a company coming in to spray anywhere from every 2 to 6 weeks, which seemed to do very little. From the kitchen to the bedroom, even the laundry area on the second floor was crawling with them.

Lived there for almost a year and got bed bugs (probably from the laundry room) the staff did not tell anyone about it, when I contacted the office lady she told me that yes about 4 apartments in the building had them. Also nothing gets fixed I had water coming out from my bathroom light and they did nothing about it, they came in and looked at it and just said if it gets worse to call them again...

If you want to live with bed bugs rent from here!! The apartment manager is rude, brash and down right nasty. Bedbugs run rampant as well and drugs are here. Cops are present all the time, oh and the prostitutes are here too! If you are looking for bedbugs, drugs and prostitures this is your place!! Steer clear!! You don’t want to live here! Ps the pool is full of nastiness too! It’s like swimming in the fox river, except the fox river is cleaner.

This apartment complex always has a police armadillo outside to patrol. I had to call the police three times on other residents while staying here over a one year period and spent many nights away.. there was screaming and yelling on a daily basis. The walls are thin and although I have never smoked my apartment always smelt like cigarettes. The hall way smelt like drugs constantly. The maintenance man at the time was of NO help. The place is just run down and in a bad place with bad management... and bad residents. If you have no kids and can stand screaming at your neighbors who are beating the day lights out of each other while on the phone with the cops and dont mind the blood left over on the walls for months afterwards this is an acceptable place to live. If you are thin skinned, not comfortable with constant police help, expect real maintenance, like fresh air, or most importantly if you have kids you should truly look elsewhere for a living arrangement.
