Meadow View East is a wonderful place to live. I have been living here since the fall of 2008. The office people are very friendly and helpful. They have the best maintenance staff I have ever had at any other apartment. If something needs fixing , you call and it gets fixed. The grounds and buildings are very well kept up and clean. It's a nice family friendly place to live. Conveniently located near highways, grocery stores and gas stations. Really enjoy living here.

Outdated and poorly managed
2years now without any updates but a rent increase. Poor parking arrangements that allow others to park in front of driveways and when they completely park you in the police won’t assist and after hours manager is non existent.

Good starting place but has some flaws
Meadow View East is great if you are just starting out - be it you're a college student, moving out for the first time on your own or are new to apartment living. The staff is great and maintenance is prompt. However, unless you have a non-typical schedule, you will almost never be able to use any of the listed amenities. The indoor pool, sauna, and rec room are only open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Over the three years I lived there, the outdoor pool was only open/unlocked a total of two times.... It was a bit of a bummer to be promised a pool and gym, yet I couldn't ever use them. Because of this, it felt like I was paying too much in rent for things I never used. But overall, the location, apartments, and living here are great.

Nice Apartments with great amenities
I have lived at the Meadowview East apartment since 2018. The office staff are super friendly. The maintenance department is very prompt with fixing things. The rent I pay is still lower then most apartments in Green Bay. My favorite is the amenities, especially the swimming pools. If you want a nice quiet clean and friendly place to live, check out Meadow View East apartments.

Better than being homeless ig
But not by much, below average unit squeezing money from you while fixing nothing and not keeping the sidewalks or stairs safe during winter.
