There is no soundproofing between units; I hear everything my neighbors do, from arguing and swearing to talking and laughing - there's no peace. There are only two garbage dumpsters for the entire complex, leading to overflowing, rotting trash that's there for days. The windows and doors are extremely drafty - during the last storm I had snow blowing in under my front door. For such high rent with no utilities included, these apartments are not worth it.
