I moved And with my parents after my military service I love the apartments in the service is great and small community of nice people. Apartment is always clean and if there’s a problem with utilities they are always fixed within a few days! A great community- Isaac Knepp

Very nice apartment and assistance.
Beautiful building and location. Great help for anything that needs repair. Basement parking, elevator, storage and garbage convenient!

Terrible Property Manager
I agree with statements from previous tenants, when it comes to, “the bottom dollar.” I never missed a payment, my rent check was always timely. I’ve been told to evict, because I cannot prove I make 3 times income, over a rent payment. My rent payment has always been paid, and on time. But, I’m told I must leave my home. The property manager sent a renewal of my lease, then retracted it. I’m quiet. Keep to myself. But very neighborly, and friendly. Avoid living here. You will regret it.

Looks nice, but lacks quality. Management only cares about the bottom line.
The building looks very nice. Its new, clean cut, and looks aesthetically pleasing. After living there for over a year, however, I can tell you that the quality is not there. You can hear every step your upstairs neighbors take. You can hear what your next door neighbors are watching on television. Closet doors and blinds are cheaply made, and damage easily. There is plenty of parking, and an underground parking garage, but if your apartment is located near the door you will hear it go up... and down constantly. They made no effort to buffer the sound. Management is friendly, but the building is understaffed. Weekday office hours are a challenge to get to if you work during the day as their hours are 9-5, and they often leave before 5 - especially on Fridays. Following a twelve month lease they would not allow us any month to month options. We couldn't even just extend our lease by one month. Instead we were forced to either leave or sign an extended lease. If we wanted to leave earlier then we would pay rent up until the day we vacated - which makes sense - but also would have to pay a lease break penalty of almost two months rent. I would not recommend living here. For the price, the quality is not there.
