I would not recommend you looking any further at this property. The property manager is rude. There’s problems with the heat which is supposed to be included. There’s problems with the storage. There is absolutely no storage units nor a doorbell. Packages are being stolen. People are moving in and out constantly. You can find somewhere else better to live for the price of money they are charging.

DO NOT recommend
BUG INFESTATION!!!! Too overpriced for what they don’t do. Maintenance was only there twice a month & the people around you are SO TRASHY (like leaving their trash in the hallways instead of taking it out). Power outage sucks, power cuts off frequently. I do not recommend.. I would've only put 1 star but I like how mostly all utilities included so I give it a 2.

DO NOT RENT HERE
For a new apartment this is a pretty crappy building. First the property managers need to be fired. It’s crazy, I have never seen them on the grounds or met them in person. My unit has had issues since I moved in. My apartment flooded with dirty sewage water, my refrigerator didn’t work and we went without hot water for almost a WEEK. No email was sent regarding the hot water, I had to contact a lawyer. The maintenance team doesn’t exist to be honest, they are not urgent with fixing things.... People stealing packages and snow removal was terrible. For the amount of money I pay this was ridiculous. Look for somewhere else to live!

River Park Apartments
River park apartments is simply incredible. Its brand new and beautiful. The location is unbelievable close to the park and river. Bayshore is only 5 minutes drive. Has a dog washing station for dog lovers. Outside parking is also free of charge. Management team is great
