Statesman is a beautiful property that is well kept. Amenities are amazing. Love that the place is pet friendly. Maintenace staff is quick to respond to work orders. Linsy and Makayla are awesome.

To advertise themselves as a luxury apartment you would assume that you'd receive luxury amenities and features but that isn't the case with Statesman. Cheap materials used throughout the apartment along with walls thin enough to hear everything in the adjacent apartments. Pool is constantly dirty when open and the gym is a joke. Not to mention the consistent ant problem when it gets warm. Management is slow to respond to issues and refuses to address concerns. My best and honest advice is to... rent elsewhere. Read More

We are going on our second year renting at this awesome apartment complex. I couldn’t say more about it that’s positive… the staff are great, the maintenance guys are great and overall the amenities and location is awesome. I will tell anyone that’s looking for a place, this is the place to be. The walls are not “paper thin” as some may say, yeah sometimes you hear noise but you live in an apartment… like if someone drops something you are going to hear it. The 1bed 1den is definitely the way to... go for couples, just to have an office space or extra bedroom for friends and overall is just enough room for any couple. Their is no parking for Guest, and if you don’t have a spot already then your racing to a spot. You can’t park on the streets at night, but you wouldn’t know that because it’s not a (No Parking Zone) Sign. Which would lead you to getting a parking ticket. I just wish they could build another parking lot for us. Many people don’t want to walk 1/2 miles to get their car. But otherwise this place is not bad.
