Lived here between 2023 and 24. Mold, mail theft, aggressive car towing costing 100s of dollars in the middle of the night, broken fixtures, 4-6 month maintenance waits, garbage everywhere, fire damage in the electrics. Do not give this a look, much less your money.

Poor maintenance, bad area
They make profiles remeber to make them look good. The 5 star review below is fake.
There is many gangs there. Nobody respects anyone. Nobody cares about kids and almost hits kids all the time driving 30 or more through parking lot and office will just say okay and does nothing. Corporate is the same. Always arguments going on outside and inside and you do hear them clear as a bell. Just straight rude people out there and loud music no matter time of day or night. You have to listen on all... hours even when sleeping to prepare to take cover due to a shooting. If you have kids you have to get up and hope for best. It's just sad guys.
In one month there was over 3 shooting in one spot.
There is always maintenance issues and they refuse to fix them. I ask for a vent cleaning since in 3 years I never got them clean and there was chunks blowing out. They refused to fix that. They told me it's the vent and I need to do normal cleaning on it. I was mad and told them that it could cause a fire and it's said to get a duck cleaning every year if not more. I do 3 loads a day. I need them cleaned. I also mentioned that its a saftey issues for fires and breathing. When i mentioned there was warm air coming out of a vent set to come down to 60 even after hours and days and it hasnt got past 72 on a day its 80. All they said they know who runs the water bill up now. I was dumbfoumded .
Just rude, lazy and unsafe place.

Great place
This is my first apartment and so far I’m loving it. Apartment was bigger than I expected and in good shape. Maintenance and leasing office have been responsive.

Best Property
Overall This Property Is amazing including with the people in the Leasing office. If you are looking for somewhere safe, comfortable And affordable here is the place , along with The Best Most Friendly Staff!
