As a college student, Andante has been the perfect place to live. Located in downtown Eau Claire, Andante is within walking distance of ample restaurants, coffee shops, small businesses, and the farmers market. I enjoy the small and fun events the property manager, Giana, hosts! The building and common areas are clean and well-kept.

Remote Employee’s Dream!!
I have lived in Andante for nearly 3 months now, and have loved every single second of it! As a remote (work-from-home) employee, location and amenities near my home are very important to me. Andante offers a large tenant lounge and conference room on the first floor, which have been perfect for hosting video conference calls and various work presentations. Along with these amazing spaces, Andante offers a nice-sized cardio gym on the first floor, which I have utilized almost daily and fallen in... love with! Plus, you can’t beat the views of the Eau Claire River! If you are thinking of moving to the downtown Eau Claire area, I would highly recommend Andante.

Perfect!!
I have been living here as a student for a year now, and I could not be more happy. The location is close to just about everything, and in a busy, yet safe part of town. The building is kept immaculately clean and the staff/residents are all so nice!! Definitely recommend

Great place to live, close to college
The apartment is great and in a good location. It’s close to the college and a lot of good restaurants. The gym is a little lacking but still ok.
