I was concerned with downsizing and returning to my birth place. Leaving my house and my community of twenty years of course was difficult, however I found a home and community at River Place Apartment Homes. The staff and maintenance team are attentive and friendly. The perks are top tier, and the giveaways throughout the year were a great surprise.

Great place to live!
Pet friendly apartments, well maintained, right next to the river and River Barn Park. Great area just south of Mequon. Underground parking was ideal for the winter, I'm going to miss that! Had no complaints about neighbors in my building. Management and maintenance very responsive and friendly overall. I was comfortable and happy living here for the past 4 years!

Great place to live
I’ve been here for 4 years now and love it.! Maintenance is quick and efficient with work orders and leasing staff is professional and prompt as well.
